I was that 2nd‑grade ’90s kid who hand‑coded a GeoCities site for my school from a Costco HTML book—then got called to the principal for “putting us on the Internet.” Still that curious builder—now I work across Product, Data/BI & Gen AI to turn fuzzy problems into shipped, metrics‑tied product outcomes.
I stand up the pipelines & governed metrics teams need to trust results, but my focus is applying Gen AI across tech products: natural‑language actions that do real work, adaptive recommendations that personalize experiences, agent‑style workflow automation, data mining from unstructured data using AI agents, intelligent routing, and decision assists wired into the tools people already use.
